In the design of high-end hotels, doors and door frames, though seemingly insignificant details, are crucial elements that reflect the overall style, craftsmanship, and quality.

The design philosophy is to maintain a high degree of consistency with the hotel's overall architectural style and interior theme, becoming a seamless connector in the spatial transition.

For modern minimalist hotels, door design emphasizes simplicity, typically using flush doors with surfaces finished in solid color paint, wood veneer, or HPL, paired with concealed hinges and simple bar handles, emphasizing the purity of lines and the texture of materials to create a clean and stylish entrance experience.

In the New Chinese style, doors can become a vehicle for showcasing Oriental charm, using simple vertical or horizontal lines on the door panel, or employing metal grilles with traditional patterns, complemented by brass or black vintage handles, conveying a calm and elegant Oriental aesthetic.

For classical or luxurious hotels, the door design is more elaborate, possibly featuring doors with exquisite solid wood carvings, complex lines, or inlaid glass. The door frames are also designed to be wider and thicker, with decorative lines and corner embellishments to showcase their grandeur and elegance.

The door core usually uses solid wood filling, bridge-type mechanical boards, or honeycomb paper filling to ensure sound insulation, heat insulation, and impact resistance. The door frame and door leaf frame are made of high-quality solid wood or E1 grade multi-layer solid wood plywood, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation.

Surface finishing materials are diverse, including natural wood veneer, environmentally friendly paint, PVC film, and leather upholstery.

Among them, painted doors are widely used in modern hotels due to their bright colors, smooth surface, and ease of cleaning.

In addition to their basic partitioning function, doors and door frames in high-end hotels must also meet multiple functional requirements such as sound insulation, fire resistance, and security. Sound insulation is one of the most important performance features of hotel doors.

We use high-density door core materials and install high-quality sealing strips around the door leaf to ensure a tight fit between the door and the frame when closed, effectively isolating external noise and providing guests with a quiet resting environment.

Depending on the different areas and security levels of the hotel, we can provide fire-rated doors with different fire resistance levels.  The door core filling and fire-resistant sealing strips are certified by national authoritative institutions, effectively preventing the spread of fire and ensuring personnel safety in the event of a fire.

In addition, we can configure the door lock system with smart card, password, or fingerprint access methods according to customer needs, enhancing the security and convenience of the guest rooms. These functional designs ensure that the doors and frames not only meet aesthetic requirements but also provide reliable security for the hotel's daily operations.

Bathroom doors prioritize moisture resistance and ease of cleaning.  Waterproof treated solid wood composite doors or aluminum alloy doors can be chosen, and designs using frosted glass or patterned glass can be incorporated to ensure privacy while increasing the sense of spaciousness.

In public areas such as conference rooms, banquet halls, or restaurants, the door design needs to harmonize with the overall decoration style and consider the characteristics of high traffic, choosing durable and easy-to-maintain materials.
