● Planning Supervisor: Manages production scheduling, material quality control, and tracks production progress/quality.
● On-Site Construction Supervisor: Organizes on-site installation, coordinates with Party A for acceptance, provides usage training, and compiles engineering archives.

1. Communicate deeply with Party A to understand hotel positioning, style, budget, and functional needs; provide professional suggestions compliant with regulations.

2. Conduct on-site space measurement to confirm area sizes and layouts.

3. After receiving Party A’s initial design drawings, our designer performs drawing deepening (a core process of Kyatt) – optimizing details like structure, material specifications, and installation dimensions to match actual construction conditions.

1. Develop a preliminary concept plan (furniture style, color, material) based on needs and deepened drawings; create detailed design drawings and 3D renderings for Party A’s review.

2. Set up a sample room according to the confirmed preliminary scheme: display key furniture (e.g., hotel beds, desks, sofas) to let Party A intuitively experience quality and layout.

3. Adjust the scheme and sample room based on Party A’s feedback until final confirmation.

1. Select materials (wood, metal, fabric, leather, etc.) matching the confirmed scheme; provide material samples (with seals) for Party A’s confirmation.

2. Produce furniture samples based on final design; Party A inspects samples for quality, color, and craftsmanship.

3. Adjust samples according to Party A’s feedback until approval.

● Both parties sign the formal contract, clarifying project scope, delivery time, quality standards, and payment terms.

● Party A arranges the deposit payment; upon receipt, we officially launch the production process.

1. Issue a production schedule (including "Production Schedule" and "On-Site Installation Plan") based on Party A’s timeline; adjust scheduling promptly if Party A’s on-site progress changes.

2. Strictly control production quality:
● Inspect raw materials upon arrival to ensure compliance with standards.
● Monitor each production stage (cutting, polishing, painting) to avoid scratches or defects.

3. Manage documents:
● Final layout drawings (quadruplicate: for filing, engineering archives, Party A, and supervision company) take effect after signatures from Kyatt’s project manager/designer and Party A’s representative.
● Compile all written communications with Party A into engineering archives for future reference and handover.

All products are transported by land trucks via 11 cooperative transportation companies (covering national markets); Kyatt bears transportation costs and signs liability agreements for transit risks.

On-site transportation:
● Horizontal Transport: Use manual labor + auxiliary machinery for loading/unloading; classify and stack goods on-site, minimizing storage space.
● Vertical Transport: Plan material delivery time in advance; apply for special warehouses for fragile materials.
● Climbing Transport: Use scaffolding, steel pipe movable platforms, or herringbone ladders for high-altitude installation (e.g., ceiling finishes, facade furniture).

1. Before installation: Our team inspects the site, confirms furniture placement positions/transport routes, and coordinates with Party A to avoid affecting other on-site work.

2. Arrange skilled installers and on-site managers to execute installation per the "On-Site Installation Schedule"; ensure no damage to Party A’s existing items.

3. After installation: Our technical staff debug furniture (e.g., cabinet door alignment, drawer smoothness) until functions and appearance meet standards.

● Both parties conduct joint acceptance of all installed furniture.

● After passing acceptance: Kyatt hands over:
1.Backups of engineering archives (drawings, contracts, communication records).
2.Product spare parts (e.g., screws, hinges).

● Issue an acceptance report to Party A for subsequent payment application.

1. Provide training for hotel staff on furniture usage and maintenance (e.g., fabric cleaning, wood care).

2. Offer a quality warranty period: Respond promptly to maintenance needs and resolve issues (e.g., loose parts, surface damage) during the warranty.
