The bed base, as the core foundation of the bed structure, is designed with the primary goal of achieving overall integrity and stylistic unity with the headboard and mattress system.

During the design process, we ensure that the height, width, and depth of the bed base are proportionally coordinated with the mattress and headboard, creating a harmonious and unified visual whole.

The bed base's facade design, materials, and colors precisely match the headboard.

For example, if the headboard uses a soft upholstery design, the bed base facade will be upholstered with the same color fabric, ensuring that the stitching and tension of the upholstery are perfectly consistent;

If the headboard is made of wood, the bed base facade may use the same type of wood veneer with continuous grain patterns.

Through this integrated and precise design, the bed base seamlessly blends into the bedroom environment, providing not only a stable support structure but also enhancing the visual integrity and sophisticated design of the bed area.

The materials and craftsmanship of the bed base directly determine the load-bearing capacity and lifespan of the entire bed set.

As the core frame that needs to withstand both the dynamic load of the mattress and the static pressure of the human body, the bed base frame must possess excellent compression and deformation resistance.

We use high-quality solid wood or E1-grade multi-layer plywood to construct the main frame, ensuring joint strength and structural stability through precise mortise and tenon joints combined with reinforced hardware connectors.

The surface treatment of the bed base structure strictly follows the overall design style: modern styles use matte paint or laser edge banding, while wood veneer finishes use solid wood veneer with matching or patterned grain.

All edges and corners are finely chamfered and polished to eliminate any burrs and sharp edges, ensuring safety and an extremely smooth touch.
